TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Payment upfront is required before starting the commission. FULL PAYMENT for 150 USD and below. Payment that exceeds 150 USD can be divided into two: 50% upfront, 50% at the base color phase. Depending on the commission, payment plans may be an option.2. Currency accepted is USD and PHP. Paypal/Payoneer for international transactions and Gcash or Unionbank for local transactions. For Paypal transactions, invoice will be sent.3. 1 month - 3 months minimum turnaround. It may take longer due to workload, personal life and/or health. Please inform me ahead of time if you need the art earlier or if you have a deadline. I don't like rushing my commissions!4. No refunds when sketch is already sent. No cancellation after a sketch is sent.5. Revisions are limited to 3. Anything beyond that will incur a fee depending on the level of revisions. Details that I, the artist, forget to add or do will not count to the revision limit. Major revisions will incur a fee.6. The commission prices provided here are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you want to use it commercially, please contact me and provide necessary details on how it will be used.7. I reserve the right to post commissioned art to my social media pages, if you do not want it posted anywhere, a fee shall apply. If you want to post the commission on your social medias, please make sure to post the one with the artist's watermark/signature and if possible, add my link (mmeizn.carrd.co) to the caption.8. Commissioned pieces are in digital format only, I do not provide printing services. I only send .png formats thru email/discord.9. Prices are subject for change without prior notice. Currency exchange fluctuates a lot and it may affect my pricing, changes on pricing will always be applied a month before my commission opens. Transactions before the price adjustments will not be affected, the effect shall only apply on the new transactions. Also, please note that I do art for a living and not a hobby, if living expenses increases my pricing will also be affected.10. If the client is making me uncomfortable or offends me in any way, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and block you. Degrading remarks will not be tolerated. If the art has not been started, I will refund the full payment. If I have started the commission, half the full payment or according to how far I have gotten with the commission will be refunded.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service above.
